We offer standard shipping via UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location, with costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note that sale items and certain limited-edition artworks are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I track my order once it has shipped?

Are the products in the store exclusive to the MCA?
Many of our items are developed in collaboration with artists or are exclusive to the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. We pride ourselves on offering unique, high-quality design objects, books, and apparel that reflect our current exhibitions.
